1. The service

DATA 7 AI Shorts ("the Service") is an internal tool operated by DATA 7 Solutions (Québec, Canada). It creates short videos with artificial intelligence (script, voice-over, stock footage, captions) and publishes them to TikTok accounts owned by DATA 7 Solutions. The Service is not offered to the public and no one can sign up.

2. TikTok

The Service connects to TikTok only through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API, with the explicit authorization of the account owner. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions).

3. Content

Every video is reviewed by a person before publication and is labeled as AI-generated on TikTok. Videos do not depict real people, use only royalty-free footage, and aim to be accurate. If you believe a video infringes your rights or contains an error, write to us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

4. No warranty, liability

Videos are provided for entertainment and general information, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, DATA 7 Solutions is not liable for indirect damages arising from the videos or the Service.

5. Changes and contact

DATA 7 AI Shorts est un outil interne de DATA 7 Solutions (Québec, Canada) qui crée de courtes vidéos à l'aide de l'intelligence artificielle et les publie sur des comptes TikTok appartenant à DATA 7 Solutions. Il n'est pas offert au public. La connexion à TikTok se fait uniquement par les outils officiels de TikTok (Login Kit, Content Posting API), avec l'autorisation du titulaire du compte, et demeure soumise aux conditions et règles de la communauté de TikTok.
